Warri kingdom community gets new management committee

A new Management Development Committee, MDC, has been inaugurated in Ajifesi Community of Warri South-West Local Government Area in Warri kingdom, Delta State.  

Fresh Angle International gathered that the new Management Development Committee which was sworn-in over the weekend at Pa. Utolo country-home in Ugbori, Warri South Local Government Area, is to oversee affairs of the community forthwith.

Those inaugurated are; Mr.  Fredrick Omaghomi -Chairman, Mr. Emiko Edemacko– Vice Chairman, Mr. Toritse Akpieyi– General Secretary, Mr. Victor Mode– Treasurer, Mr. Adi Remere-Assistant Secretary, Mr. Ekengbuda Toju Robinson – PRO, Mr. Victor Urenyi– Financial Secretary, Mr. Wilfred Yaluwu– Organising Secretary, Mr. Ogbite Aburu-Assist PRO, Mr. Toju Mene.- Assist Oganiser. I, Mr. Erugo Elebe.- Assist Organiser II, Mr. Steven Etsano- Ex official, Mr. Abeji Okotie- Ex Official and Mr. Oritseje Jeffrey Kowe- Member.

The Chairman, Mr.  Fredrick Omaghomi, in his acceptance remarks, assured that his administration will work towards bringing peace to Ajifesi Community.

While promising to work in synergy with all indigenes of Ajifesi and other oil bearing communities with a view to attracting development to Ajifesi Community, Mr. Omaghomi noted that empowerment of youths and other community members, will be prioritized by his leadership.

Elders of Ajifesi, reportedly explained that their choice of members of the new management committee, was based on their desire to assemble the best for indigenes of the oil bearing community.

Other top Ajifesi citizens who witnessed the inauguration, reportedly expressed delight with the inauguration, even as they voiced confidence in the new leadership.
