Warri South Council threatens to revoke alloted empty shops at Ugbuwangue Market

The Executive of Warri South Local Government Council, has threatened to revoke alloted empty shops at the recently commissioned Modern Market at Ugbuwangue, Warri, if the allotees fail to finalize the necessary documentation and commence business activities latest Monday October 28.
 
Secretary to Warri South Local Government, Mr. Joseph Oribioye, who handed down the warning Tuesday October 22, on behalf of Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr. Michael Tidi, stated that traders and other business owners who have met their financial obligation, should immediately visit the council main secretariat for completion of profiling .
 
He added that allotees who are yet to effect their financial commitment, should as a matter of urgency also visit the Warri South Council Main Secretariat in Warri for the necessary documentation.
 
The new Modem Market, Ugbuwangue, which comprises of open and lock -up shops, is one of several efforts by the Dr. Michael Tidi led administration to boost socio -economic activities in the Oil City of Warri, the commercial nerve centre of Delta State.
