President Muhammadu Buhari will on Saturday, November 2, proceed to the United Kingdom on a private visit, at the end of his participation in the Future Investment Summit, FII, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Fresh Angle International can authoritatively report.
A statement released by the Presidency this morning, Monday October 28, disclosed that President Buhari is expected to return to Nigeria on 17th November.
President Buhari departed Abuja for Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to attend the third edition of the Future Investment Initiative, FII, organized by Saudi’s Public Investment Fund, PIF.
On Wednesday, 30th October, the President will participate in the High Level Event titled, “What is Next for Africa: How will Investment and Trade Transform the Continent into the Next Great Economic Success Story?” with Presidents of Kenya, Congo-Brazzaville and Burkina Faso.
It will be recalled that President Buhari returned to Nigeria Friday October 25, after attending Russia-Africa Summit.
The President’s recent foreign trips, have not come without criticism from the main opposition Peoples Democratic Party and some civil society groups.
