For over one week majority of subscribers in Delta State, particularly in Warri have been lamenting increase in poor service of one of Nigeria’s leading telecommunications company, MTN, Fresh Angle can report.
Some of the subscribers who bare their frustrations to Fresh Angle said in Warri poor network from the company have been so terrible that they are not able to check their account balance to ascertain the airtime on their mobile phones or load their mobile phones with MTN cards.
According to the subscribers, they can only send and receive text messages with ease, stressing that the few calls that manage to go through particularly during the day are fraught with scratchy sounds thus distorting effective communication.
The telecommunication giant is yet to issue a statement on the development as well as address the nagging problem.
Investigations reveal that most of the subscribers have resorted to relying on other networks which are also struggling to satisfy customers to make calls or send text messages to their friends, business associates and family members.
