Ojougboh congratulates new Ologbotsere of Warri

I, Dr. (Chief) Cairo Ojougboh congratulate Chief Ayirimi Emami on bagging the prestigious Ologbotsere title as conferred on him by His Royal Majesty, Ogiame Ikenwoli, The Olu of Warri.

May I on behalf of myself, my family and good people of Agbor Kingdom rejoice with you my brother, Chief Ayirimi on your new status as the Traditional Prime Minister of the great and ancient Itsekiri Nation. I have no doubt whatsoever that as a vibrant and intelligent young man so passionate on all issues concerning your people and their wellbeing, you will function effectively well as the new Ologbotsere of Warri". 

I call on those who had a different view to his installation to have a rethink and throw their weight behind him and support him to succeed in his new assignment in the overall interest of every Itsekiri sons and daughters, home and in diaspora. The Chief Ayirimi we all know is a man with a humble mien and reputable integrity whose commitment to the service of God and the advancement of his people is second to none.

I also want to use this opportunity to call on the Itsekiri people not to be silent in the face of the gross mis-governance prevailing in the state today under Governor Ifeanyi Okowa but to speak out against obvious misrule and injustice without fear or favor as power and salvation belong to God. 

We pray God Almighty to grant Chief Ayirimi the wisdom, strength and longevity of life to soar and excel in his new responsibility and capacity as the Ologbotsere.
