Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr. Michael Tidi, has congratulated Muslim faithful on the occasion of the celebration of this year's Eid - El -Fitri, saying the successful completion of the fast and the essence of the festivity should spur community leaders in the quest at sustaining peaceful co - existence in the communities.
While commending Muslim faithful for their peaceful disposition in Warri South Local Government Area, Dr. Tidi, charged Islamic clerics to serve as advocates in the campaign to enlighten the people on Coronavirus preventive measures.
Dr. Tidi, used the occasion to canvas for continous inter ethnic and inter religious tolerance, adding that Islam was founded on tenets of love and peace.
