A shopperholic who shuffles between Warri and Agbaroh, both in Delta State, by the name of Mercy Oboh has disclosed that she recently set up a mobile market identified as Mercified Mobile Market to ease off stress for none shoppers especially busy moms and ladies.

Miss Oboh, stated that the mobile market caters for the grocery shopping of these busy moms and ladies who are constrained from doing their own shopping for one reason or the other.

The former private school nursery teacher turned enterpreneur enumerated that she found out during the lockdown that most moms were too scared to go to the market to do their grocery shopping either because they did not want to expose their family to Covid 19 or because they did not want to carry their entire household to the market.

In addition, she quipped that when she discovered there was a want and need, being a good economist, she decided to satisfy this need for a token service charge.

The banking and Finance graduate of University of Nigeria Nsukka, who is the sole proprietor says the Mercified Mobile Market is unique in the sense that not only does it purchase food items in bulk to share for a stipulated cost to those who have earlier signified interest, it also purchase whole cow, goat and chicken to be shared for another stipulated price to interested customers. The items includes tomatoes, pepper, onions, crayfish, fish, yam etc and does grocery shopping for its' customers on a weekly, monthly and emergency bases.

The hardworking enterpreneur confided that the quick growth of the business which was formed in July 2020 is a little surprising as in less than three months it has over 63 satisfied customers who are recommending others to join the mobile market on WhatsApp via +234 803 806 9524. She pointed out that she must be doing something right to warrant such recommendations as "quality service at your beck and call" is her motto.
