Delta State Governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, has approved the appointment of Hon. Justice Patience Elumeze as Acting President, Customary Court of Appeal, Delta State.
According to a Government Special Announcement signed by Secretary to the Delta State Government, SSG, Chiedu Ebie, the appointment takes effect from today, Tuesday November 17.
The announcement explained that the appointment was occasioned by the retirement of Honourable Justice Stella Ogene as President of the Delta State Customary Court of Appeal.
