Fresh Angle International can report that each beneficiary, received one hundred and fifty thousand naira (N150,000.00) to support their businesses and assist their families in mitigating the harsh economic effect of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Chief Operating Officer of Matrix Energy Group, Mr. Luqman Salam Alada, charged the beneficiaries to make judicious use of the money, in order to attract more benefits from the company, assuring that those who invest the largesse wisely, will be given more support after evaluation.

Mr. Alada, who was represented by the Group Head/ Health Safety and Environment/ Community Relations Manager, Mr. Fred Olomuro, stated that supporting the widows with funds would transform small businesses in the company’s host communities.

While noting that the company was mindful of the difficult economic situation, Mr. Alada commended the host communities for their cordiality in the past ten years and solicited for continuous support from them.

A Cross Section of other recipients of the empowerment

Delivering a brief lecture on ‘Entrepreneurship Training and Business Management’, the Executive Secretary, Vocational Training Centre, Delta State, Engr.
