Warri South: Nothing has changed – Igbrude

The Director of Personnel Management of Warri South Local Government Council, Dr. (Mrs.) Minnie Igbrude, on Wednesday January 6, said nothing has changed in the administration of the local government, despite handover of the administration to her, by the immediate past Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr. Michael Tidi.

Dr. Igbrude, promised to improve on whatever the Dr. Tidi administration had done, because of the resolve to sustain the prevailing peace in the local government area.

While noting that she needs the assistance of everyone to effectively administer the council, she assured that no one would be disappointed in her determination to make Warri South Local Government Area, a better place to live and do business.

Earlier in his remarks, Dr. Tidi stated that it has always been his desire to serve, “because it is an opportunity for God to bless people”.

The immediate past Warri South Local Government Boss, who expressed optimism about his return as chairman of the local government area soonest, promised “to build on our modest achievements and rewrite the wrongs when we return, so as to make Warri South cleaner, more secure and take development to the grassroots".
