Aderojor takes over as Usor Youth President, assures of attracting development

Crude oil-rich community in Benin River axis of Warri North Local Area in Delta State, Usor, has gotten a new youth executive with Comrade Raymond Aderojor, taking over as the President and Patience Uwanikone, inaugurated as the new Women Leader, Fresh Angle International can report.

 

The newly sworn-in Youth and Women executives, have four years mandate each.

 

Making his inaugural remarks in Warri, Wednesday January 20, Comrade Aderojor, assured of attracting development and unity to Usor as well as use his Office to put an end to the incessant flooding of the community during rainy season.

 

He promised to liaise with the Usor Community Trust and the Elders’ Council in making sure they get attention of the Federal and Delta State Governments as well as International Oil and Gas Companies, operating in Usor, as a strategy to attract the needed development.

Our Senior Correspondent reports that Aderojor, disclosed plans to discuss with Chevron Nigeria Limited, NDDC and other critical  stakeholders, for the provision of flowing water and other basic amenities in Usor.

 

The newly sworn-in Usor Community Women Leader, Patience Uwanikone, assured of total commitment of women in the community, in the resolve to drive the comprehensive development plan of Usor.

 

Uwanikone also appealed to other members of the Usor Community Women Executive to cooperate with her in moving the Warri North Community forward.

Chairman of Usor Community Trust, Comrade Sammy Egbeleokoro, advised the youths to work together and shun divisive tendencies, encouraging them to attract development to the community.

 

Usor Community Trust Secretary-General, Amb. Billy Ekele, admonished the youths/women body to set their priorities right, collaborate positively and be prudent in the management of resources.

 

Other members of the new youth executive are: Comrade Collins Uwanikone; Secretary, Kelvin Itsefino; P.R.O, Samuel Aderojor; Treasurer, Sunny Adidi; Financial Secretary, Michael Akumagba Ugege;  Provost, Freeborn Ododo; Home Base Chairman, Orighoye Itsefino; Sapele Branch Chairman and Ogbemi Okoro; Warri Branch Chairman.
