Rt. Hon. He equally commended his colleagues, “for seeing beyond the ordinary” and advised them, “to be ready for service by taking responsibility”.

Rt. Hon. Etuwewe, who is a second term representative of Bateren Ward in Warri South-West Legislative Arm, is author of the book ‘Beyond By-laws’, currently being used in Warri North, Warri South-West and some other local government councils in the state.

Apart from consistently advocating for the development of Bateren and other parts of Warri South-West Local Government Area, RT. Hon Etuwewe, has been using his NGO, Raise the Future Foundation, to run the ‘Creek to Class’ project, which distributes educational materials to the riverine communities, especially Bateren, Orere, Bobi, Olobe and Deghele.
