Community Policing: Delta LG Boss lists criteria for applicants

Chairman of Ndokwa-West Local Government Council Area in Delta State, Hon. Godday Obi Nzete, has outlined the necessary criteria applicants seeking to be enlisted into the Delta State Community Security Corps Agency otherwise known as Community Policing must meet, in order to be considered for engagement.

 

Our Kwale Correspondent, reports that Hon. Nzete, gave the conditions yesterday, Wednesday March 24 at the Ndokwa West Council Secretariat in Kwale, Delta State, while addressing representatives from the 20 DSIEC Wards in Ndokwa West.

 

Hon. Nzete, who educated the applicants on the procedure of filling the application form vis-à-vis the respective signatories, made it clear that each candidate must be cleared by the Councilor representing the applicant’s ward in Ndokwa West Council Legislature, before forms will be given to them.

 

It was gathered that applicants for the Community Policing, are trained vigilantes and from other security outfits, existing in the different constituent units that make up the Ndokwa West Local Government Area.
