Two -time Delta State Commissioner for Oil and Gas and the immediate past Commissioner for Special Duties in the State, Hon. Omamofe Joseph Pirah, has felicitated with Delta State Governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, on his 62nd Birthday, today, Thursday July 8, saying: “Dr. Okowa’s qualities of integrity, generosity and passion for delivering on his promises are rare and second to none”
Hon. Pirah, who described Dr. Okowa as: “A mentor, friend and worthy governor at 62”, added: “Little wonder you are called 'Ekwueme', one who does what he says”.
The former Commissioner, in his goodwill message to the Governor, also stated: “Your Excellency, having worked with you for the past 6 years, I stand proud to be associated with you and your lofty governance ideas/ideals, that have transformed our dear State to an enviable status.
“My prayer for you on this special occasion of your Birth Anniversary, is good health, strength and God's special grace to accomplish your goals for a Stronger Delta and a better Nigeria. Happy Birthday, my leader and Boss”.
