Delta State Governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan says any investment in Delta State will succeed due to the peaceful environment his administration has been able to provide.
Dr. Uduaghan made the declaration Thursday July 24 while playing host to the outgoing Managing Director of Chevron Nigeria Limited, Mr. Andrew Fawthrop at Government House Annex in Warri.
He commended Mr. Fawthrop for his good job as well as achievements during his time as Chevron MD, just as he thanked Chevron for accepting to be among the Delta State Economic Forum.
In his response, Mr. Andrew Fawthrop noted that he enjoyed good working relationship with the Delta State government for the five years he served in the state as Chevron Managing Director and commended Dr. Uduaghan for making Delta State a peaceful investment destination in Nigeria.
