The hilly town of Ubulu-Uku inAniocha South Local Government Area of Delta State was besieged recently byimportant dignitaries both from home and in the Diaspora to witness the burialceremony of late Pa. Eugene Okonkwo Ojeah aka face to face, Ogbochiogwu(peace maker) and jolly papa who died at the age of 79.

In a tribute by his first son, TonyUgochukwu Ojeah, he described his late father as one that listened and operatedan open door policy, adding that no one can ever take his place in his heartwhen it comes to truth, uprightness and kindness to everybody irrespective oftribe, religion or political party.     

Some political associates describedthe late Pa Ojeah as hardworking, God fearing, truthful, simple, responsibleand one who displayed a high sense of commitment and friendliness.

He was a pragmatic ward leader inUbulu-Uku under the People’s Democratic Party, PDP where he exhibitedprofessionalism and excellence to the admiration of his followers.

         

Tony Grey, a Warri based musician, atraditional dance group from Isoko among many others were on hand to entertain guests.
