The Pastor of Triumphant World International Church, Abraka, Delta State, Apostle Austin Eduviere has revealed that the substance that allegedly killed two under-aged kids, Prayer Clement (9 months old) and Wisdom Clement, 2-year old “is a mixture of water and salt” which he “sells to people for N 1,850.00 for healing of various sicknesses”.
Apostle Eduviere who is presently in police net following the death of the two children of the same mother claimed he had prayed over the controversial substance.
According to a statement by the Police Public Relations Officer, Delta State Police Command, DSP Celestina Kalu, men of the force at Abraka Police Station received information that one Ese Oghenevwe, aged 25 of Urhuoka quarters, Abraka had killed her two children, namely: Prayer Clement and Wisdom Clement by giving them a liquid substance to drink.
It was as a result of the arrest of the children’s mother, Ese Oghenevwe for allegedly killing her two under-aged kids that she revealed that the said liquid substance was given to her by Apostle Austin Eduviere.
Meanwhile, a police patrol team from Abraka Division on stop and search duty at Police Station Junction, Abraka on Wednesday July 30 intercepted a Toyota Camry Car with Registration number LSD264AC (LAGOS) with two occupants.
Immediately the vehicle stopped, one of the suspects alighted and took to his heels, while the other later identified as Akpos Omote was arrested.
He confessed that they snatched the car from one Mrs. Jane Esegbe at Udu, in Udu local government area of Delta State.
