Speaking after she was decorated, Dr. Igbrude, stated: "I want to dedicate this recognition to my husband ( Late). I became a woman of my own in his absence, because of the foundation he laid. My husband saw everyone as equal, that is the legacy I am carrying today. It is people around that make others. My Chairman (Dr. Michael Tidi) is my good friend and has been providing the right atmosphere for me to efficiently perform my duty as Head of Personnel Management of Warri South Local Government Council. My motor in life, is to make people happy. The number of people we make daily, is what makes a man, not material things."
