The Kogi State Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development, Hajia Fatima Kabir Buba has appealed to Nigerians to be positive minded as they celebrated the year 2022.
Our Kogi State Correspondent,reports that Buba, who made the appeal in her new year message earlier today, Saturday January 1, said positive thinking about the country, will attract God blessing for Nigeria.
She congratulated Nigerians for witnessing another victorious year in the nations history adding that, they should expect better things in the new year.
The Commissioner while noting that, the year 2021 was filled with a series of challenges, said it was time for Nigerians to reflect on their past mistake and correct it in the new year.
She further admonished Nigerians to pray for their leaders as they pilot the affairs of the nation stressing that, with the political will of the current administration, there is hope for Nigeria.
"Am using this medium to congratulate Nigerians for seeing another year. It is not by our power but by Almighty Allah. No doubt we experienced many challenges last year, we are very optimistic that the year 2022 will be better.
" It is high time Nigerians come together and stand for the unity of this Country. We are gradually approaching towards the 2023 general election, it is time to think positive on who to succeed president Muhammadu Buhari. With what is on ground, our amiable Governor Alhaji Yahaya Adoza is the Man the cap fit" she said.
