Faith based organizations such as churches and mosques, have been exempted from the collection of waste sanitation basket permit, motor pack permit, loading and offloading permit, mobile sales/supply haulage permit, liquor and all other mobile stickers’ emblem permits for 2022 as the Sole Revenue Consultant authorized by Delta State Chapter of Association of Local Government of Nigeria, ALGON, HASCKEF GEE Nigeria Limited, begins sale of Delta LG Unified Permits.

Delta State Chapter of Association of Local Government of Nigeria, ALGON, had given the sole authority to HASCKEF GEE Nigeria Limited, to print, sell and manage waste sanitation basket permit, motor park permit, mobile sales supply distribution permit fees, liquor permit and all other mobile stickers and emblem permits that falls within the jurisdiction of the Local Government Councils by the 1999 Constitution as amended by the levies and taxes act on behalf of the twenty five (25) local government councils of Delta State for the year 2022.

The State Chapter of ALGON in the approval letter signed by its Chairman and Secretary, Barr. Victor Eghe Ebonka and Dr. Onorievnogene Kofi, respectively, advised the Consultant to work closely with the local government chairmen, who are expected to create enabling environment through the recommendation of supervisors that would assist in enforcement of the sales.

In a statement released Monday January 3 by the Chief Executive Officer of HASCKEF GEE Nigeria Limited, Mr. Kenneth George and Coordinator of Enforcement, Hon. Peter Eyen, cautioned vehicle owners against dealing with quacks, by ensuring that they obtain the Delta LG Unified Permits in the 25 Local Government Council Secretariats, insisting that sale of the permits have begun.

The statement, warned companies operating in Delta State not to fall for the temptation of obtaining permits from other states, saying doing so will lead to payment of double levies, as purchase of Delta LG Unified Permits, is mandatory for companies doing business in the state.
