Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr. Michael Tidi, has described Delta State Governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, as a political leader that acts more and talk less in implementing government policies and political strategies.
Dr. Tidi, made the declaration Monday May 30 in a statement released to felicitate with Dr. Okowa, on the occasion of his 7th year anniversary as Governor of Delta State.
The Warri South Local Government Chairman, who asserted that Governor Okowa, is a political mentor with exceptional visionary style, opined that the Delta State Chief Executive, hasn't just restructure the shape of governance in the state, but placed Delta PDP in the mainstream at the National level.
He assured Deltans that the remaining one year of Governor Okowa's administration, will usher in more visible infrastructural, human capital and Agro - allied development, "despite the obvious challenges confronting the Nation."
