The Nigerian Ports Authority, NPA, has disclosed that the first batch of cranes; 3 Ship-to-shore cranes and 10 RTGs, are set to arrive Lekki Deep Sea Port any moment from now.
NPA explained in a statement today, Friday July 1, that ahead of the arrival, the Authority’s Radio Signal Operatives are in Communication with the crew of the marine vessel “Zhen Hua 28”, the heavy-lift carrier, which is shipping the state-of-the-art equipment from Shanghai.
“This is the first batch of cranes in the 1st phase of the port. Another set of 4 STS and 5 RTGs is expected in August this year”, NPA noted.
