Feelers reaching Fresh Angle International, say indigenes of ‘Itsekiri host communities’ to Chevron's Olero, Dibi and Abiteye Fields, protesting over demands for basic amenities and the need to convert VTP 5 and VTP 6 trainees to staff, are awaiting a team from Delta State Government, to be led by the State Commissioner for Oil and Gas, Chief Emmanuel Amgbadugba as the protest enters day 6 today, Thursday July 14.
Recall that the Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse III, reportedly sent some Palace Chiefs, Tuesday July 12, to meet with indigenes of ‘Itsekiri host communities’.

The protesters are demanding the following;
* Portable Drinking Water
* Electricity
* Health Care
* Review of undergraduate Scholarship
* Review of Community workers Salary
* Employment for Graduates
* Siting of the Vocational Training Center in Warri to resume the VTP Program
* Conversion of VTP 5 and VTP 6 Trainees."
