NOTIFICATION OF WITHDRAWAL OF MY MEMBERSHIP OF PEOPLES DEMOCRATIC PARTY, PDP

I write to formally notify you effective from today being the 30^th day of March, 2015 of my firm resolve to withdraw my membership of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

I need not reemphasize the quantum of labour and resources I channeled into building the party at the Ward, Local Government Area and the State but suffice to say without sounding immodest that by the grace of God I was a major corner stone in the party for the past 16 years.

My decision to decamp from the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP to the All Progressives Congress, APC alongside my numerous political associates and faithful was occasioned by several reasons which may not be necessary to explain in this notification.

Arrangements have already been finalized to mail my PDP membership card and other necessary documents to you simultaneously.

It is my sincere hope that this political divorce will deepen our democracy and open the door for greater economic, socio-political and infrastructural development and indeed engender mutual respect amongst the various ethnic nationalities of Delta State in particular and Nigeria at large.
