Barami led Uwakeno Community youth exco, inaugurated for second term

The Atigbi Barami led Youth Executive of Uwakeno Community in Warri South Local Government Area, Delta state, have been inaugurated for a second term of three years, in-line with the constitution of the community.

Fresh Angle International understands that the inauguration, attended by representatives from neighbouring communities, held Tuesday July 26 at the Iwefo Memorial Hall, otherwise known as Uwakeno Community town hall.

The Trust Chairman of Uwakeno Community, Mr. Fidelis Ete Orugboh, explained: “The second tenure given to the Atigbi Barami led Exco, is in accordance with the Uwakeno Community constitution 2017”.

The Board of Registered Trustees Chairman of the Community, Mr. Mayomi Boyitie, reportedly advised the sworn-in youth leadership, to uphold the unity and development of the community.

He prayed for the youth executive to succeed in their assignment of advancing the course of the community.

Speaking during the ceremony, Mr. Itila Daniel, from one of the neighbouring communities, appreciated Mr. Fidelis Orugboh and thanked everyone present for extending the invitation to them.

In the same vein, Mr. Samuel Omereyemi and Godwin Uwatse, the Trust Vice Chairman, commended Mr. Orugboh, “for attracting housing units and various capital projects and for building a modern town hall for the community”, just as he urged the leadership of the Trust to remain focused.
