Former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs and newly appointed Director-General of Rt (Hon,) Ovie Omo-Agege Campaign Council, Elder Godsday Orubebe, says: “Omo - Agege campaign is geared towards reawakening the dead situation in Delta state”.

Fresh Angle International can report that Elder Orubebe, who made the declaration Thursday July 28, when he paid a private visit to the Ologbotsere of Warri and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Chief Ayirimi Emami in Warri, Delta State, stated: “APC is building a formidable team, that would provide everything you call development in Nigeria. There is a lot of work to do and we are not going to wait for the last minute”.
He added: “Since my appointment as campaign DG, it is my first time of coming home (Delta State). We are ready for the campaign. With pillars like you (referring to Chief Ayirimi Emami) we are going to deliver the state for APC. Thanks for all you have been doing for APC”.

The Campaign DG for Delta State APC Governorship Candidate in the 2023 polls, disclosed plans to meet with all APC ward leaders across Delta State, Friday July 29, meet with Ijaw leaders on Saturday July 30 and inspect the secretariat of the state campaign office of APC at Asaba on Sunday July 31.
Chief Emami, in his response, assured: “We are willing to work with you wholeheartedly. The Itsekiris and Ijaws, need to come together, we should stop people from taking advantage of us. You will bring your vast experience to bear in the APC project of turning things around for victory. We must build this party by forming a team of togetherness amongst all the tribes in the state.

“The Tinubu project, is our project. Asiwaju is our in-law and that makes him a Deltan. We do Asiwaju, Agege and others, will follow. You are not just DG for Ovie Omo - Agege, it includes Asiwaju (Bola Ahmed Tinubu). We will all queue behind you for this project”.
Chief Mike Odeli, Chief Sam Omamuli, Prince Yemi Emiko, Comrade Tunde Okorodudu, Engr. Sunny Mene-Ejegi, Mr. Alex Eyengho & Prince David Iwere, were among APC Chieftains at Chief Emami’s palatial home, when Elder Orubebe visited.
The former Minister, was accompanied on the visit by Chief David Omare, Barr. Bosi Ebikeme, Hon. Beauty Warajuowei, Elder Clement Tekedor, Mr. Abel Eyube, Comrade Hendrix Opukeme and Mrs. Yusuf Tokunbor.
