The political and civil service cz Order of the Niger, CON on Delta State Governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa on Tuesday October 11 by President Muhammadu Buhari, speaks to the political ascendency that awaits the governor in the months and years ahead.
Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr. Michael Tidi, who made the declaration on behalf of the political and civil service classes of the Council in a felicitation message, asserted that Dr. Okowa, have continued to exhibit sterling leadership qualities in his political career.

"The sterling leadership qualities you have continued to exhibit, right from your days as Supervisory Councilor, Local Government Chairman, Member of Delta State Executive Council, Senator and current Chief Executive of our dear state, remains a benchmark in our determination to sustain the delivery of excellent grassroots governance," Dr. Tidi, stated in parts.
