As Deltans mark the 24th anniversary of creation of the State, We call all meaning Deltans and indeed all Nigerians to intensify prayers towards ensuring that Delta State governance is rescued from the locust years of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP misrule which has resulted in huge debts, Broken down infrastructure and searing poverty amongst our people.
It is saddening that after 16 years of PDP misrule, Delta State despite humongous allocation and huge potentials is still bugged down with poverty, underdevelopment and huge debt burden as a result of PDP induced corruption and misrule.
We therefore call on all Deltans to link up the Buhari Administration Change Agenda in order to bring home the much needed dividend of Democracy from the Federal government of Nigeria.
Delta cannot afford to be in opposition to the mainstream APC and with the high calibre of decampees into the party, APC in Delta state is poised to take its rightful position in comity of States.
