Feelers just reaching Fresh Angle International say President Muhammadu Buhari yesterday, Monday September 21 allegedly ordered that the account of Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC be frozen, leaving all financial dealings at the commission, including payment of salaries suspended.
A source at NDDC Office in Warri declined to confirm if the alleged order by President Buhari was true or not.
The suspension order is coming on the heels of the Federal Government excusing NNPC and a few other MDAs that are profit oriented from the Treasury Single Account, TSA.
