Reports coming from the Appeal Court which held today at Abuja say the election of Delta State Governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa has been upheld.
The panel of judges after hearing the appeal of Labour Party, LP Governorship candidate, Chief Great Ovedje Ogboru and All Progressives Congress Party, APC candidate, Olorogun O’tega Emerhor gave judgments in favour of Governor Okowa of PDP.
It is expected that both the Labour Party and APC gubernatorial candidates will head to Supreme Court.
