Shoprite: Police places N1million reward for arrest of suspended Uvwie LGA, Park Chairmen

The Police Command in Delta State have declared suspended Chairman of Uvwie Local Government Area in Delta State, Hon. Henry Baro Minabonwanre and his accomplice as well as embattled Chairman of Uvwie Central Motor Park, Mr. Napoleon Adibu over the incident that led to massive looting of Delta City Mall (accommodating Shoprite) Effurun, on Friday January 8, 2016, by suspected Uvwie youths.

In an exclusive telephone chat with Fresh Angle International, today January 12, the Police Public Relations Officer, Delta State Command, DSP Celestina Kalu confirmed the development and noted that a 1million naira reward has been placed by the Police Command in Delta State for any information that will lead to the arrest of Hon. Henry Baro Minabonwanre and Mr. Napoleon Adibu.

Fresh Angle International can authoritatively report that attempt to arrest Mr. Minabonwanre last Saturday (January 9) at his private residence in Jakpa Road, Uvwie Local Government Area led to the arrest of a young male visitor (name withheld) and the purported seizure of three of Mr. Minabonwanre’s cars, as the Police SARS team met his absence.
