Only PDP can take us out of the present economic predicament- Tidi

The Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr Michael Tidi, says it is only the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP that can take Nigeria out of the present economic predicament. 

The Warri South Local Government Boss, who is an Economist, made the statement, Tuesday February 21 at Main (Dore) Market, Warri, when Wife of the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Mrs. Tobore Oborevwori, took PDP campaign tour to traders in Warri South Local Government Area.

According to Dr. Tidi, PDP is the only political party in the country that respects the young and old, saying the party gave him the platform to rise to his current position as Chairman of Warri South.

"The Party that can remove us from the problem that we find ourselves today, is the PDP. So just go to the polling booth and thumb-print PDP during Saturday (February 25) elections.

"If you elect Atiku and Okowa as the President and Vice President of this country and Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori as the Governor of Delta State and others, this Saturday and on the 11th March 2023, then my job will be easier at the local government level," Tidi stated.

Wife of the Speaker of Delta State House of Assembly, Mrs. Tobore Oborevwori, appealed to traders in Warri, to go out in their numbers and vote for PDP candidates come Saturday February 25 and Saturday March 11.

She said the only way for the women to express their anger for the “suffering caused by the ruling All Progressives Congress”, was to cast their vote for PDP candidates at the National and State levels.

Warri South Chairperson, Mrs. Juliet Tidi, Mrs. Mary Diden, Mrs. Tina Otumara, Mrs. Gbubemi Kpenosen- Ikolo, Hon. Shola Daibo and Princess Rita Esquire, were among prominent PDP women leaders that spoke on the need for the traders to vote PDP candidates.
