A Federal High Court in Abuja today ordered former Chief of Defense Staff, Air Marshal Alex Badeh remanded in Kuje Prison until Thursday, when his bail application will be heard.
The court has also fixed 14 March for the beginning of his trial.
Badeh is facing a 10-point charge of theft and corruption, according to an indictment by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC. The stolen money belonged to the Nigerian Air Force.
