Atiku: CCB gives Keyamo April 21 interview date


The Code of Conduct Bureau, CCB, has invited Official Spokesperson of the All Progressives Congress, APC 2023 Presidential Campaign Council as well as Minister of State, Labour and Employment, Festus Keyamo SAN, to appear before it on April 21, to enable him adopt his petition, demanding the prosecution of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar over alleged case of “MONEY LAUNDERING, OFFENCE OF CRIMINAL, BREACH OF TRUST AND CRIMINAL MISAPPROPRIATION AND OFFENCE OF CONSPIRACY”, levelled against the former Vice President and PDP Presidential Candidate for the just concluded 2023 polls.

In the invitation letter dated March 29, the CCB, noted that the move was in: “Pursuant to the mandate and powers of the Bureau as enshrined in the Third Schedule, Part 1, Paragraph 3(e) to the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as amended.”

The Code of Conduct Bureau’s invite, which was signed by the Director, Investigation, Intelligence & Monitoring, Gimi S.P on behalf of the Chairman, CCB, further explained: “This invitation is to enable you adopt the aforementioned petition and to provide any additional information that may be material to this investigation.

“You are requested to come along with one MICHAEL ACHIMUGU, to assist with enquiries regarding the attachments to your petition. Upon arrival you are to ask to see the Director, Investigation, Intelligence & Monitoring.”
