There is growing excitement among Itsekiris, particularly members of the famous Pessu family of Okotomu Irigbo community as The Ojomo of Warri Kingdom, Chief Yaya Tesigiweno Pessu clocks 80 today, Friday March 31.
Chief Yayah Tesigiweno Pessu, is one of the most prominent Chiefs in the revered Warri Kingdom, with a very rich knowledge of Itsekiri customs and tradition, apart from his broad - range network and exposure.
In a goodwill message to celebrate the octogenarian, the second generation of Late Isaac Oritsejemiyotan dynasty of Pessu family, described 80th birthday as an important milestone in the life of any individual.
