Operatives of the Makurdi Zonal Command of the EFCC, on Saturday April 1, reportedly arrested seventeen suspected Internet fraudsters in Makurdi, Benue State.
According to the anti-graft agency, the suspects who were arrested following actionable intelligence are; Emmanuel Ikechukwu, Agbo Lawrence, Emmanuel Victor, Joseph Adoyr Ameh, Olamide Timothy, Augestine Adalache, Izuka Justin, Boniface Dudoo, Udechukwu Benedict and Emmanuel Igbo.
Fresh Angle International, understands that the other suspects are; Favour Nwokdi, Christian Nwgia, George Maaki, Yina Terseem, Wilson Egwoba, Isaac Ukange and Precious Tseaa.
Some of the items recovered from the suspects
Items recovered from them include mobile phones, ATM cards, Laptops, Lexus RX330 and Toyota Camry cars.
They have allegedly made useful statements and will be charged to court soon.
