Secretary to Warri South Local Government, Mr. Joseph U. Oribioye, has felicitated with Mrs. Juliet Tidi, wife of the Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr. Michael Tidi, saying the Warri South First Lady, epitomizes meekness, particularly in her dealings with people.
Mr. Oribioye, made the assertion this morning, in a message to salute Mrs. Juliet Tidi, on the occasion of her birthday today, Tuesday July 11.
He averred that the political and civil service workforce in Warri South Local Government Council, will continue to draw strength from Mrs. Tidi's rare virtue of humility, with a view to activating same in their public service and personal endeavours.
