The Hon. Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Mr. Festus Keyamo SAN, has set up a committee to explore ways of ramping up the revenue profile of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, FAAN, Fresh Angle International, can report.
The development, was consequent upon briefing from the FAAN Management, which made the Minister observed many potential opportunities for ramping up the revenue profile of the Agency.
According to a press statement released today, Friday September 1 by the management of FAAN, the committee, which is under the chairmanship of the Permanent Secretary of FAAN, is to look at advertisements at the Airports, ticketing System at the FAAN Facilities and waivers on payment of FAAN Services.
The statement signed by Director Public Affairs & Consumer Protection of FAAN, Abdulahi Yakubu -Funtua, noted that the Committee has been given four weeks to come up with a comprehensive report and proffer solution.
