I have four hit songs on YouTube, says Abuja based Delta-born gospel artiste, Toritse

An Abuja based gospel artiste, Toritse Vivian Michael, says she has four hit songs on YouTube from her album titled; ‘The Vine and the Branches’, produced by the record label, Eben Alabi.

Toritse Michael, who made the disclosure in an exclusive interview with Fresh Angle International in Warri, Delta State, Thursday October 26, mentioned ‘Maajo’, ‘We lift your name’, ‘Jesus Cares’ and ‘Peace Be Still’, as her four hit songs that has been trending on YouTube for the past eleven months.

The elegant looking gospel artiste, with sonorous voice, said the six-song album christened, ‘The Vine and the Branches’, was released November 2017 and launched in the year 2021 at International Christian Centre, ICC of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Kaura Gudu District, Abuja.

She stated: “I haven’t really hit the mark in terms of commercial value, even though I have been ministering in churches across the country, but I trust God that in the next five years at most, I will start achieving my dream of ministering in songs in some of the biggest churches and gospel platforms across the globe, with its attendant reward, which includes winning souls for the Kingdom of God.

“My second album, with all songs written by me, is titled, ‘Toritse Praise Medley’. It has been streaming on Audiomack for several months. It has over 8 praise songs, released this earlier this year and produced by the same, Eben Alabi, an Abuja based record label. My favourite gospel artiste, is ‘Women of Faith’, while my major challenge is funding.”
