Self-styled veteran litigant and community leader in the oil-rich Omadino Federated Communities, Oritseweyinmi Emmanuel Agbonekuya Aginejuone, has called on individuals, institutions and other corporate bodies that bought land in Omadino, to disregard announcement purportedly made in a Warri-based community radio, which allegedly called on persons who bought land in Omadino to come for revalidation.
Aginejuone, who made the call in a statement made available to Fresh Angle International in Warri, Delta State, Wednesday November 8, averred: “The public should disregard the radio announcement on the following grounds;
a. No law of the federal government, gives any person or group the right to do so
b. No law of the Delta State, gives any person or group the right to do so.
c. Any individual or group of persons that are making the publication (announcement) are doing so for stomach infrastructure.
d. I have documents that money had been paid to personal account and fraudulent account in the name of the community (Omadino).”
Whilst stating that persons behind the purported announcement, are looking for gullible citizens of the society to raise fund for stomach infrastructure, Aginejuone, added: “The persons calling for revalidation, have been selling same lands belonging to other people for up to two or three persons.”
