The Warri South Council Chapter of Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees, NULGE, has felicitated a member of Local Government Service Commission in Delta state, Dr. ( Mrs.) Minnie Igbrude on the celebration of her 61st birthday today, Monday December 4.
Recall that Dr. Igbrude retired as Head of Personnel Management in Warri South Local Government Council, before she was recently appointed by Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwrori as member of Local Government Service Commission in the state.
Chairman of NULGE, Warri South Council, Comrade Raymond Emiko, in a goodwill message on behalf of the union, said Dr. Igbrude was a mother - figure to staffers of the Council whilst she held sway as Head of Personnel Management and has continued to show love to workers in Warri South Council.
Emiko, prayed God to grant Dr. Igbrude her deepest heart desires, saying: " Staffers of the unified local government service, working in Warri South Local Government Council, will always remember Dr. ( Mrs.) Igbrude for her uncommon show of love. "
