Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr. Michael Tidi, says the immediate past Head of Personnel Management of Warri South Local Government Council and current member of Local Government Service Commission in Delta state, Dr. ( Mrs.) Minnie Igbrude, made his workspace in Warri South Council conducive , thus enhancing efficient service delivery.
Dr. Tidi, made the statement in a goodwill message to felicitate Dr. Igbrude on the occasion of her 61st birthday Monday December 4.
The Warri South Local Government Boss, who described Mrs. Igbrude as a team player and passionate administrator, enjoined her to savour the excitement of her new age.
" I am very sure that Dr. Igbrude's humility, willingness to always sacrifice for others, faith in God and desire to serve humanity at all times, will continually speak positively for her in the years to come ", Dr. Tidi, averred.
