Moving the motion during plenary, Hon. Ebigbeyi, explained that his decision was informed by the developmental strides of Dr Michael Tidi, as Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, saying Dr. Tidi had a robust relationship with the Legislative Arm.
Fresh Angle International, understands that a former Leader of Warri South Legislative Arm, Rt. Hon. (Chief) Jude Igherebuo, seconded the motion and it was subsequently adopted by the whole House in the sitting, which was presided over by Leader of the 7th Assembly of Warri South Legislative Arm, Rt. Hon. (Chief) Sylvester Ijabor, after a voice vote.
