Popular Itsekiri community leader, Prince David Iwere, former member of Warri South Local Government Council Transition Committee, Mr. Austin Lori, Mr. Philip Omagbemi Awani and Mr. Napoleon Tseke Ogidi on Wednesday March 13, regained freedom after meeting their bail conditions.

Fresh Angle International, understands that the quartet were dragged to the Federal High Court of Nigeria, Warri Judicial Division holden in Warri, in Charge No: FHC/WR/18c/2024, in a case instituted by the Inspector General of Police, as a result of the incident that reportedly occurred at Okere Community, Warri, Saturday March 2.

Sketchy pieces of information scooped by This Newspaper, revealed that the defendants; Messrs. David Iwere, Philip Omagbemi Awani, Austin Lori and Napoleon Tseke Ogidi, were granted bail by the Court last week with conditions that each of them would provide surety, that must have landed property, with certificate of occupancy (C of O) and must have paid tax up-to-date.
