Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Chief Ayirimi Emami, has tasked the newly appointed Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on the Presidential Amnesty Programme, PAP, Chief Dennis Burutu Otuaro, to activate his expertise in Comparative Politics and Development Studies in the administration of PAP.
In a statement made available to newsmen in Warri, Delta state, Friday March 15, Chief Emami, who felicitated Chief Dennis Otuaro PhD on his appointed, stated that being the first Deltan to get the nod to administer the Presidential Amnesty Programme, the new PAP Boss, should improve on the achievements of his predecessors and quickly key into the renewed hope agenda of President Tinubu, " which is geared towards poverty reduction, human capital and infrastructural development, Agricultural as well as Industrial revolution, through home - grown initiatives."

He advised Chief Otuaro, to see the appointment by President Tinubu as an honour and a call to objectively serve people of his mandate areas, urging him not to be distracted by mischief makers.
