Chieftain of Peoples Democratic Party and former DESOPADEC Commissioner, Hon. Matthew Poko Opuoru, says High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, otherwise known as Tompolo, is defining promotion of human capacity.
Hon. Opuoru, who is the Deputy leader of Warri Urhobos in Peoples Democratic Party, made the declaration in a goodwill message to felicitate High Chief Ekpemupolo, on the occasion of his 53rd birthday today, Friday April 12.

According to the ex - member of Delta State House of Assembly, High Chief Ekpemupolo, has over the years, de - emphasized self, identified young persons with leadership capacity and projected them politically to the admiration of key political players within Delta state and beyond.
Whilst also acknowledging High Chief Ekpemupolo's philanthropic gestures and unrelenting drive for community development, Hon. Opuoru, prayed God to continually broaden Ekpemupolo's vision and endow him with longevity.
