The immediate past two - time Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area, Dr. Michael E. Tidi, has described former Deputy Governor of Delta State, Barr. Kingsley Otuaro as an exceptional politician and leader, '" never too busy to dedicate time for the work of God."
Dr. Tidi, who made the declaration in a goodwill message to felicitate Barr. Otuaro on the occasion of his birthday today, Tuesday April 16, recalled how the ex - Deputy Governor helped in shaping his political philosophy.
According to Dr. Tidi, Barr. Otuaro exemplifies political maturity, tolerance and devotion to the ideals of Peoples Democratic Party.
