NGO to enable children in the creeks of Niger Delta prioritize education to kick off soon

The Creek Child Education Foundation, a Non-Governmental Organization, NGO, established with the aim of making children in the creeks of the Niger Delta prioritize education, to kick off soon.

Chairman and Secretary of The Creek Child Education Foundation, Vivian Pori Eriegua and Amotsuka Joseph Atse, respectively, in a statement, explained that apart from recognizing the importance of education, the targeted children will be able to develop better livelihoods for themselves.

The Creek Child Education Foundation, which has its operational base at 48, Warri/Sapele Road, Opposite First Bank Junction, before Navy Base, Warri, would provide standard education to children in the riverine areas, who do not have access to school.

“The Creek Child Education Foundation, will guide and support school age children in the creeks, who have never been to school, learn with ease and have fun at the same time. It will also bridge the educational gap between children in the creeks and urban children”, they noted.
