The campaign team of Barr. Esimaje Awani, says nothing has changed regarding the previously reported possible PDP Chairmanship candidacy of Barr. Esimaje Vincent Awani.
The Deputy Campaign Director for Team Esimaje Awani, Humphrey Tuoyo, made the declaration in a terse statement sent to Fresh Angle International this afternoon, Saturday May 18.
According to Tuoyo, Barr. Awani, members of his campaign team and supporters, will not be distracted by speculations making the rounds that Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has picked someone else as the preferred Chairmanship candidate of PDP in Warri South Local Government Area.
The statement by Humphrey Tuoyo, came on the heels of the report that Governor Oborevwori, instructed Comrade Weyinmi Agbateyiniro to resign his position as Commissioner, to contest for the Warri South Chairmanship seat.
