The management of Dangote Refinery, has dispelled fears over the fire incident that occurred at its Effluent Treatment Plant, ETP, today, Wednesday June 26, saying there is no cause for alarm.
The company in a terse statement, sent to Fresh Angle International this afternoon, said it swiftly contained what it described as a minor fire incident.
The statement, which was e-signed by Anthony Chiejina, noted: “We have swiftly contained a minor fire incident at our effluent treatment plant (ETP), today Wednesday 26th of June.
“There is no cause for alarm as the refinery is operating and there is no recorded injury or body harm to all our staff on duty.”
